1. General

Q. How long does the game run?

A. The game will run from 18 September 2006 to 18 November 2006.

Q. Who can participate?

A. Only Australian residents can participate.

Q. Is the game free?

A. Yes - there is no cost to enter or participate.

2. HOW DO I REGISTER?

Q. How do I register?

A. Fill out the client form on the trading game registration page. - www.sharetradinggame.com.au

Q. When can I register to play the game?

A. You can register to play from X August 2006

Q. How do I know when I am registered to play?

A. Once you complete the form on the game website, you will receive a registration confirmation email.

Q. When do registrations close?

A. Registration closes Friday September 15t 2006 at 11.59PM

Q. I've registered to play, when does the game begin?

A. The game commences at the opening of trading on the ASX on Monday 18 September 2006.

Q. How long can I be a registered trader?

A. You will be registered for the duration of the game.

Q. When does the game finish?

A. The game finishes at the close of market (ASX ??) on Tuesday 14 November 2006. The portfolio values are then calculated based on the closing prices on that day, and the winners are then determined.

Q. If I register, how often will you contact me?

A. You will be sent a confirmation email when you register.

Q. Can I change my username and password?

A. When you register you nominated a user name and password. Once the registration is complete it isn't possible to change your username or password.

Q. Do I have access to the trading platform before the game commences?

A. As soon as you have successfully registered, you can access the trading platform. Take the opportunity to get familiar with it so you can 'hit the ground running' when the game commences.

3. PLAYING THE GAME

Q. Why is my buy/sell price not the same as on the day I put my order into my pending trades?

A. Stock prices, whether buying or selling, are executed as at the market close for any specified Trade Day. If you enter your pending buy/sell prior to the designated Trade Dates below, your buy/sell order will be executed on designated Trade Day’s closing price, not the date you entered it into the pending trades.

Q. How is my ranking determined?

A. Rankings are determined by the highest percentage gain to absolute portfolio value (including cash). If more than one participant has the same absolute portfolio value, then they are ranked alphabetically by trading name.

Participants are reminded that under the Terms and Conditions of the game they must trade at least once.

Q. Dividends

A. Participants' portfolios are adjusted at ex date for dividends. The dividend amount will be credited to participants' cash balances within their portfolios. You must own the shares before and on the ex date to receive the dividend.

Q. Takeovers

A. In the event that a company is taken over during the duration of the game period, adjustments to portfolio holdings will occur to truly reflect the change in value. Of course, participants can trade such companies until such time they are delisted.

4. HOW CAN I WIN THE GRAND PRIZE?

Q. How can I win the grand prize?

A. At the end of the game, the trader with the highest portfolio value will be declared the winner and take the $25,000 prize.

Q. Tell me more about the grand prize?

A. The grand prize is a $25,000 trading account with Sonray Capital Markets. Using the award-winning SonrayTrader platform-which is what you use to play the game-you can trade in CFDs, Margin FX, Options, Futures or Shares, the choice is yours!

Q. What other prizes are available?

A. Each week, the trader with the highest total value will win a prize, donated by our supporters. The prizes include subscriptions, books and software donated by our supporters.
A prize will also be given to the trader with the highest value at the end of the first month.
